As Aydoganlar Educational Institutions (hereinafter referred to as "Aydoganlar" or "Institution"), in our capacity as the data controller under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), we place the utmost importance on the security and confidentiality of your personal data.
This Disclosure Text has been prepared to fulfill our disclosure obligation regarding the purposes, methods, legal reasons, transferee third parties, and your legal rights in connection with the processing of your personal data obtained when you visit our website or fill out pre-application or contact forms. - Planning pre-registration and definitive registration procedures and drafting contracts,
- Analyzing and improving the quality of customer support and after-sales service,
- Fulfilling reporting obligations requested by regulatory government bodies.
ARTICLE 4: Data Collection Methods and Legal Reasons
Your personal data is collected via automated electronic methods such as application forms and cookies on our website. This personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK:
- Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or in order to take steps prior to entering into a contract: To carry out registration and educational services.
- Processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation of the data controller: Compulsory reporting required by government authorities.
- Processing is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights of the data subject: Service improvement and logging security.
- Your explicit consent: (In cases where newsletter or marketing communication is requested).
ARTICLE 5: Cross-Border Data Transfers
Third-party service providers may be used on our website for data storage and infrastructure purposes.
In this context, due to technical services, your application information may be processed or stored on secure servers located within the European Union (EU). Used infrastructure includes secure database and cloud systems. Technical and contractual measures ensuring data security are strictly applied in this process.
ARTICLE 6: Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties
Your personal data is transferred in accordance with the KVKK's transfer rules only to; authorized public institutions (Ministry of National Education, judicial authorities, etc.) to fulfill legal duties, and our business partners providing technical infrastructure services.
Your data is never shared unlawfully with third parties or sold for commercial gains.
ARTICLE 7: Data Retention and Disposal Policy
Your personal data is retained for the period required by the processing purposes specified in this disclosure text and in accordance with the statute of limitations in the relevant regulations. Upon expiration of the retention period or removal of the processing grounds, your data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in compliance with KVKK standards.
ARTICLE 8: Your Rights as a Data Subject and Application Procedure
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to our Institution, you have the right to; learn whether your data is processed, request information if processed, learn the purpose of processing, know third parties to whom data is transferred, request correction of incomplete/incorrect data, request deletion, and request remedy of damages if damaged due to unlawful processing.

Pursuant to the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller", you can submit your requests in writing or via registered e-mail through one of the following three channels:
You can download the application form, fill it out, sign it, and deliver it in person with identity proof documents or send it via notary public to our official address.
You can sign your request using a secure electronic signature or mobile signature and send it to our KEP address.
You can send your request directly to info@aydoganlar.com using your e-mail address registered in our systems.
